Architectural 3D Visualization of Kindergarten in St. Petersburg.
Space-planning decision.The kindergarten is located within the boundaries of the residential complex, consisting of blocked apartment houses in borders of the village Fedorovskoe, Tosnensky district, Leningrad region. When planning the design of the building was adopted orientation of the building with a view to ensuring sanitary and fire fighting norms and regulations. 3D architectural visualization.
The building is located on a separate land area of 4626 m2, distance to the red lines does not exceed 25m. According to the design task designed preschool educational organization the kindergarten for 80 places for day stay of children.
Space-planning solution of the building of the kindergarten is expressed in combined simple geometric volumes of varying heights. Protruding amounts of the group provide not only lighting the main areas, but allow you to accentuate the main entrance to the kindergarten. 3D architectural visualization. Windows of different sizes and from a chaotic arrangement on the facade give the dynamics of the facade. Bright colour design of the facade distinguishes the building in the background of the residential area, successfully completing the planning of the plot as a whole.
In General, building a detached 3-storey, has 2 floors above ground and 1 underground. The building is predominantly rectangular in plan, has the sizes in axes 58,92 x 20,4 m, height to the top of the main parapet of 9.0 m.
The building is zoned functionally: on the South side hosted a group of cells; on the Western, Eastern and Northern – specialized, and associated service and utility rooms. Space-planning decisions of the kindergarten classrooms and ensure the observance of principle of group isolation.
In the building of a kindergarten group of 4 cells that include:
1 group of early age (1-3 years) - 20 people;
1 group of preschool age (3-4 years) - 20 people;
1 group mid-preschool age (4-5 years) - 20 people;
1 group of preschool age (5-6 years) - 20 people.
Group the cell consists of a cloakroom, playroom, bedroom, toilet and pantry. A group of cells on the second floor have a second emergency exit to the stairs of the third type (steel, width 900mm, at an angle of 45). All group cells are cross-cutting and corner ventilation.
The main entrance to the building of the kindergarten is organized, with side yard area, oriented to the South, and inputs for staff – on the opposite side eliminating crossing traffic streams, staff and children. 3D architectural visualization. Each group has a play ground for nursery for 168 m2, for other groups – for 180 m2. On-site, each site provides shady canopy. In addition to playgrounds on-site kindergarten projected physical area of 250 m2.
Economic area children's garden with an area to collect debris located on the side of the entrance to the kitchen and has its own entry on the site. On the ground floor hosts the kitchen, a medical unit, Laundry room and office and household staff quarters. Each unit has a private entrance from the street. All group premises are interconnected with a common corridor and staircases (the width of the marches of not less than 1.35 m) with access directly to the outside. The kindergarten is fenced around the perimeter fence and a strip of green plantings (shrubs). Green spaces are used to separate play areas from each other.
The kindergarten provided a technical floor at level -2,550 mainly for laying of engineering networks and placement of such facilities as cable indoor storage facilities for fluorescent lamps, water meter node, individual heating unit, fire and domestic pump.
In the premises of the pumping device provides a floating floor and soundproofing the ceiling.
Technical floor each section has 2 emergency exits and 2 pit located dispersed.

A structural diagram represents a monolithic reinforced concrete frame with a combined column-wall and cross-wall structural scheme.
Foundation - a continuous reinforced concrete slab thickness of 300 mm and 500 mm;
Internal load-bearing walls - monolithic reinforced concrete with thickness of 200 and 250 mm;

Ceiling over the floors and on the technical floor - monolithic reinforced concrete slab thickness of 220 mm;

Roof - rolled, flat with internal drainage. Waterproofing - bitumen roll-polymeric material insulation - extruded polystyrene and mineral wool plates, econobridge layer of expanded clay.
Brick walls - hollow brick ESAT 1NF/100/1,2/35/GOST 530-2007 on CPR M75. For high humidity areas and technical areas of brick, the Building 1NF/100/1,2/25/GOST 530-2007 mortar M50, thickness of 120 mm.
Windows – PVC, PVC profile with triple glazing with conventional glass.
Exterior entrance door - metal insulated glazed custom-made seal in the arches; internal - wooden; doors in the engineering areas - certified fire.
The materials used for internal furnish of premises.
The walls are plastered and painted with colors, allowing you to clean with a damp cloth. The walls of kitchen, pantry, Laundry room, WC faced with glazed tiles to a height of not less than 1.5 m. In the basic premises of the kindergarten, focused on South points of the horizon, used the decorations are soft cool tones, on the Northern Rumba is a warm tone.

Each cell group of the kindergarten has two dispersed emergency exits: on the first floor – one exit directly to the street, the second is via the staircase in the axes-L/12-14 with the width of a March of not less than 1.35 m.
