1. General data:
Preliminary design of individual houses with total area of sq. m. 89,96 made in accordance with design specifications and requirements SP 55.13330.2011 "residential single-family House" Architectural Visualization. The house is designed for construction at the city Lyuban, Tosnenskiy district, Leningrad region, plot: Sovkhoznaya St., house 9 (burned). Architectural 3D Visualization.
Architectural and construction solutions designed for the following conditions:
climatic area II according to SNiP 23-01-99* "Building climatology";
- wind area II SP 20.13330.2011 "Loads and impacts";
- snow area - III, SP 20.13330.2011 "Loads and impacts";
- design outdoor air temperature for the coldest five-day week: minus 26 degrees Celsius.

2. Architectural-planning decisions:
Architectural-planning decision is designed in accordance with design specifications. For conditional level +0,000 accepted the mark of the clean floor of the first floor. The layout of individual houses solved in a single level and includes the following premises:a bedroom, nursery, office, living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, utility room, hall and boiler room Architectural 3D Visualization.
The location of the designed residential house on the plot corresponds to all requirements of SP 30-102-99 "Planning and development of territories of low-rise housing construction" in relation to residential buildings on adjacent sites and in relation to the boundaries of the site.
The orientation of houses in relation to the cardinal points, and its layout provides continuous 3-hour duration of insolation premises.

3. Design solutions:
Supporting framework is a cross-wall structural scheme. Spatial rigidity is ensured by the joint work of the exterior walls to the disc of the ceiling and roof system Architectural 3D Visualization. The enclosing structure is a residential building designed in accordance with the requirements of SNiP II-3-79* "Building heat engineering". - foundations - reinforced concrete slab (thickness and depth are defined in the working draft);
- exterior walls - masonry of concrete blocks D400/B3.5/F100 GOST 31359-2007/GOST 31360-2007 400mm thick glue or cement-sand mixture. Exterior finish - plaster facade thin;
- internal walls - walls of concrete blocks D400/B3.5/F100 GOST 31359-2007/GOST 31360-2007 thickness of 400 and 250 mm glue-or cement-sand mixture;
- partition 2 types of brick of brick the Building 1NF/100/1,2/35/GOST 530-2007 on CPR M75 and partitions of gypsum board on metal studs with insulation of mineral wool;
- floors - wooden beams with insulation and rough plank floor, with the filing of the ceiling gypsum board on metal frame;
- roof - pitched wooden rafters, covered with bitumen shingles.

4. Engineering equipment
In a residential house provides the following technical equipment:
- heating: gas boiler;
- hot water: gas boiler;
- cold water: water well;
- sewerage-standalone;
- power supply: from centralized urban network of 380/220V;
- gas supply: from centralized urban network.

Technical solutions adopted in the project, are the requirements of ecological, sanitary-hygienic and fire safety norms in force in the territory of Russia and ensure safe operation of the building in compliance with the envisaged project activities and rules of operation Architectural 3D Visualization.
