Architectural 3D Visualization of the Christian Cathedral in the "Slavyanka" District.


3D visualization of the planned construction of the temple complex in the area of "Slavyanka", near the town of Pushkin. The temple is consecrated in honor of the mother of God "quick to hearken".

The architecture of the future temple will be solved in a modern style with a bias to the Byzantine tradition. The height of the temple with the cross will be 51 meters, can accommodate 1,000 people. The total area of the temple to make a 2.500 sq. m..

3D visualization on the territory adjacent to the temple, envisaged the construction of a multifunctional cultural and spiritual complex, including: Sunday school, a library, restoration workshops, refectory and administrative offices.

The mother of God icon "quick to hearken" is one of the most ancient and revered shrines of mount Athos, and is notable for the fact that mother of God herself gave her name: "Let all the Orthodox to come to Me in need, and no I will not leave. Anyone calling Me will I Predstatelnoy, and at the request of My Son will perform their petitions. And will My icon be called "Quick to hearken", because everyone is attracted to it I will show mercy, and official soon" – so, according to legend, asked the mother of one of the inhabitants of the monastery.

Explanatory note.

3D visualization of Cathedral in honor of the icon of the Theotokos "quick to hearken" is projected on the territory of the district "Slavyanka Shushary St. Petersburg. The Cathedral has a rectangular plan, single-domed. By design the system refers to the cross-domed temple. The Central part of the structure has five tiers of windows and light drum. Capacity is 1000 people.

The two-story building inside the nave on the second floor are located choirs. In the basement: the blessed virgin temple, a utility room, a vestry, a hall for meeting of the ward bathrooms. From the basement of a projected two exits directly to the outside.

The first floor includes a narthex, stairs to the choir hall of the temple is naos, which is adjacent to odnoapsidnyh the main altar. 3D visualization the temple is on the first floor, three entrances from the West, two from North and one from the South, a total of six inputs. In front of the Western entrances to an open porch with stairs and ramp for people with disabilities.

The improvement project provides for the paving of walkways and platforms around the temple. Gradients of footpaths no more than 5% (longitudinal). The project provides the device capabilities of the illumination of the temple at night, the lighting of pedestrian walkways.
